[Feature] Members' blog posts on 6th album

One more day left to the release of the new album! In commemoration and as well as in the hope that it will spur those still wavering over purchasing the album, I've translated a few blog posts of the members that talked a bit about the album.

This goes in chronological order.

16 February 2013 - Yamaguchi Ichiro

The new album was finally completed.

From the past up until to this current album, there are no albums which was made while conscious of the various point of views from listeners' shoes.

We, sakanaction, want to somehow connect the words and music of the present that we made unconsciously by going along with instincts, with everyone of the listeners who are believing in music.

Those feelings have never changed.

It goes on sale March 13, 2013.

23 February 2013 - Kusakari Ami

This is now a late report for this blog, but the other day, the mastering for the album was completed. Also, the album jacket was decided, so it was a relief. I was happy because of the support received. Thank you very much.

And then, in a flash, we were going to this and that media outlet daily. Even though it was an album that was made extending and extending fairly past the deadline, we were able to meet with those waiting for us, one after another, and because of this I was relieved as well.

Maybe I've gotten a little more used to photo and video shoots than before. Nah, I still get nervous. I get like back and muscle pains.

The photo here is from when we were having a shoot until night time; 246 from Victor Entertainment's office.* It's so Tokyo-ish.

Furthermore, today "Aoi" from the album will be on air. The following is quoted from the Twitter of Mr Y from Victor's publicity dept.

"The 2013 theme for NHK soccer broadcasts, 'Aoi', will be on air for the first time tonight, 23 February, 21:00-21:49 on NHK BS1's "J-League Time". Please tune in!"

Kusa

*246 is a highway route number. Here she refers to Aoyama-doori, a road in Tokyo which has the route number 246. She is possibly making a reference to the song Omotesando 26ji. In the song there's a line which goes "Turn left at 246" which isn't part of the official lyrics but is sung before the last chorus. (Btw, turning left at the traffic junction at 246 Aoyama-doori will lead you to Omotesando.)

12 March 2013 - Ejima Keiichi

Our 6th album will be on sale tomorrow, 13 March.

Due to the album being completed really last minute, for myself, the freshness level of it is still high.

"The 'now' for five of us"
"Inseparable like 2 sides of a coin"

It became a work where you can feel that.
I sincerely hope that you will be able to feel it.

The first press limited edition bonus track's "Ks_Remix"'s "Ks" is actually a name that that person adds to the file name when exchanging data between members.

In short, it is Kusakari Remix.

Even when I, a band member, listens to it, I think it became a track that you can feel a tinge that is very much like her. It's a must-listen.
