Sakana LOCKS! Website Content

Usually, the practice for any artist section in the School of Lock! (SOL) program is that a report, "homework" submission box and several photos of the artist during recording will be uploaded on the artist's page on the SOL website. Sakana LOCKS! is no different, and the website content for 2nd April's Sakana LOCKS! is up.

I probably will not be able to translate the whole lengthy report due to time constraints, but I will try to translate the "homework" portion!

From 2nd April's episode, the "homework" is (these are written by Yamaguchi):

1(Left): Artists' terminology you pretend to understand
Do you guys pretend to know? Using words that look like musical terms, but you can't really understand the meaning. If there are, term like "mastering", "genepuro (=costume rehearsal btw)", "promoter", report it to Yamaguchi-sensei! Yamaguchi-sensei will explain the correct meaning. (In the situation whereby I'm unable to, i'll call an expert! Lol)

2(Right): Interviewing pupils about love/dating
In truth, among Sakanaction's music, there are few love songs. So, we are looking for pupils who we can interview on their views on love! No matter if it's unrequited love, or speaking of love fondly, Yamaguchi-sensei would like to hear as many as possible, so I would like to interview you guys. Your view on love may even become a Sakanaction tune!

To access the "homework" submission pages, you need to click the text in the little yellow box on the right column, then click the homework you would like to submit.

If you have anything good to share in regards to above but don't speak Japanese, you might want to keep your message really simple then use Google Translate. It might be funny-sounding but generally simple sentences can be understood. At worst, they just won't consider yours for airing and that's it.

Don't forget to tune in every Monday, 11:05PM JST. [Tune in overseas via keyholeTV viewer]

In the meantime, check out the photos of Yamaguchi Ichiro on the Sakana LOCKS! page. (You will need to click the little black box on the left column that says On Air Data & Photograph)
